As a Field Services Driver, you safely transport and handle hazardous waste materials across multiple customer sites. The role involves hands-on work throughout each job, including loading and unloading, labeling containers, sorting waste, and completing regulatory paperwork. Drivers operate vacuum and straight trucks, travel to customer locations, and help with environmental field-service work such as underground chemical storage tank removal and contaminated-site demolition. The position requires overnight travel approximately twice per month, typically for one to two nights per trip. Employees must use personal protective equipment, including a respirator, and must be clean-shaven to meet respirator requirements. The schedule guarantees 40 hours per week, and overtime is required. Pay starts at $30 per hour, with experienced CDL drivers potentially earning more. The stated starting base-pay range is $28–$35 per hour. Employees also participate in an annual bonus plan based on company performance, and a $7,000 sign-on bonus is available.
