Requirements

Strong mechanical skills with working knowledge of electronics
Clear and concise, written or verbal, communication abilities
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Keen attention to detail
Valid work authorization and able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience with GPS or machine control technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair GPS, machine control, survey and laser equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site.
Identify issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions to keep equipment performing at its best.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the service process to ensure confidence and satisfaction.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to protect yourself, your teammates, and customers.
Participate in company- and manufacturer-sponsored training to stay current on emerging technology and build new skills.
Take pride in keeping tools, equipment, and your truck clean, efficient, and ready for the next job.
