About The Position

The Field Service Technician is a service ambassador, representing Cambria in a customer-facing role. In this position, you will be responsible for professionally interacting with customers, evaluating, documenting, and servicing Cambria. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to Cambria customers Articulate service solutions while setting proper expectations Evaluate Cambria during on-site visits and perform service work as needed Document and communicate on-site visit findings with the Regional Product Representative Operate basic power tools (hand polishers, seam setters, etc.) while performing service work on Cambria Maintain supplies and keep tools and assets in good working condition Represent the company well while driving and maintaining the company vehicle Practice and promote Cambria’s safety standards Performing other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer focused role
  • Accurate color perception required
  • Ability to read blueprints, tape measures and operate an iPhone
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Valid Driver’s License, will require motor vehicle background check
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a field service or trade position preferred
  • Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ability to read technical drawings and documents
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds daily, drive for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to stand, bend and twist while performing service work.

Responsibilities
