About The Position

Winters Recreation is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Field Service Technician to support our growing golf cart service operations across Minnesota. This mobile, field-based role focuses on delivering on-site service, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs at customer locations including residential properties, campgrounds, resorts, golf courses, and commercial facilities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, hands-on mechanical work, troubleshooting, and variety in their daily schedule. We offer competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, travel pay, a company service vehicle, and the ability to be home most nights while working throughout Minnesota. As a Field Service Technician, you will work on a variety of gas and electric golf carts and utility vehicles including Club Car, E-Z-GO, Yamaha, and other leading brands.
