About The Position
Mainely Tubs, New England’s leading hot tub dealership, is looking for motivated, customer-service oriented individuals to launch their careers in Hot Tub and water care services. We provide all the training, a company vehicle, and on most days you will be dispatched directly from your home to your first customer. Work orders will be assigned and updated through a company provided iPhone, using the latest software in our industry.
Requirements
- Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs, loading and unloading from the company vehicle to hot tubs, sometimes covering distance on foot.
- Ability to work comfortably independently in all weather and climate conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Technical proficiency with carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience is desirable, particularly for Mid-Level Technician applicants.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain water chemistry in hot tubs and swim spas at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, discussing additional services and providing pricing.
- Provide water care service to our maintenance contract customers at their homes, ensuring their aquatic havens remain a source of relaxation.
- Educate customers on proper water care practices.
- Execute winterization processes to safeguard hot tubs and spas during colder months, ensuring year-round customer satisfaction.
- Approach every customer interaction with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
