About The Position

We are committed to a future with no waste and are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Field Service Operations team. This role involves hands-on maintenance, repair, and commissioning of incinerator and food waste systems on vessels, ensuring their reliable operation.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Valid passport, driver's license, and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Comfort working onboard vessels, including confined spaces and non-standard schedules.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in the marine industry.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused, results-driven mindset.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, and diesel burners.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and commissioning of incinerator and food waste systems.
• Carry out mechanical and electrical service work onboard vessels.
• Provide professional technical support and customer service.
• Prepare accurate job reports and collect service data for analysis.
• Work independently or as part of a team in challenging marine environments.
