Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a mechanical, electrical, or service-related role.
  • Enjoy troubleshooting and figuring things out.
  • Ability to work independently without needing constant direction.
  • Take ownership, pride in quality and finish what you start.
  • Communicate well with customers and teammates.
  • Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • HVAC service background.
  • Industrial maintenance background.
  • Electrical/low voltage background.
  • Field service background.
  • Diesel/mechanical background.
  • Experience working around mechanical work, with tools, where it comes naturally.

Responsibilities

  • Work on commercial and industrial systems including overhead doors, dock equipment, and mechanical systems.
  • Work on electrical components, operators, and controls.
  • Troubleshoot issues that don’t always have obvious answers.
  • Perform complex and sometimes fast-paced work.
  • Think critically and apply problem-solving skills rather than memorizing tasks.
