About The Position

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking professional field service technicians for its rapidly growing Technical Services division. The role involves providing outstanding service to clients, ensuring their devices are working correctly and receiving top-notch service. Technicians will use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices, with Xerox providing comprehensive training. The position requires achieving key productivity goals, including a specific number of calls per day, an efficiency rating, response time commitments, and keeping parts costs to a minimum.

Requirements

• Electro-mechanical experience, including using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits, and the ability to read and comprehend electrical schematics.
• Superior time management skills and reliability.
• Valid driver's license & appropriate insurance coverage.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving for over 50% of the workday.
• Safety consciousness, especially around electrical components.

Nice To Haves

• Past roles as a Military or Veteran with electro-mechanical experience, HVAC/Cable Internet technician, Electrician, Automotive Mechanic or Repair.
• A "10 minutes early is on time, and on time is late" mentality.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients, ensuring devices are working correctly and customers receive top-notch service.
• Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices.
• Achieve key productivity goals, including 5 gross calls per day, an efficiency rating of 50% or higher, response time commitments between 2-4 hours, and keeping parts costs to a minimum.
