Requirements

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Three to seven years related experience.
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook); Willingness to train and learn the AX ERP system.
  • Electrical, Mechanical, PLC, Pneumatic and Hydraulic knowledge and aptitude required.
  • Must be proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation along with an understanding of basic Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) terminology.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Install new DISA equipment, ensuring it's properly configured and integrated with existing systems at customer’s site.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • When equipment malfunctions, diagnose the problem, determine the appropriate solution, and make necessary repairs or replacements both mechanical and electrical.
  • Provide technical training, guidance and support to customers, explaining how to use and maintain equipment and grow the customer relationship.
  • Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions as needed.
  • Ability to comply with all Norican’s Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and other applicable federal, state, and local EHS requirements.
  • Supervise projects and contractors as needed
  • Complete continuous education and certifications to maintain up to date technical knowledge of equipment lines
