The Field Service Technician will troubleshoot customer machine problems both in person and over the phone, generate orders for necessary parts, and travel to end-users to perform service. This role also involves handling and processing returned service parts, performing preventative maintenance when possible, and assisting distributors with new machine installations and upgrades. The technician will be responsible for submitting activity reports and other required documentation, and may be assigned other duties as needed.
