About The Position
P&G Professional is the commercial division of Procter & Gamble focused on improving the lives of our consumers away from home. We provide the hospitality, foodservice, and long-term care industries chemical programs and solutions (including dispensing/dilution equipment, commercial dishwashing machines, etc) that keep their facilities clean and safe. This is a non-management (no direct reports), full-time permanent field role with no prior experience required (you will be trained). The successful candidate will cover Montréal, Trois-Rivières, and Québec including the South Shore (Rive-Sud) and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate must be currently located surrounding Montréal, Trois-Rivières, or the South Shore (Rive-Sud) or be willing to self-relocate to the geographic area.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (College Diploma or Higher Education is an asset)
- Located in or willing to Self-Relocate to Montréal, Trois-Rivières, or the South Shore (Rive-Sud). Relocation support is not available for the role.
- Valid driver’s license and a suitable vehicle for business travel; candidates must have the right to operate their vehicle legally.
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Ability to conduct business in English at highest level, close to native speaker to communicate regularly with our head office in Toronto and with customers and suppliers in and outside Quebec.
- Moderate working knowledge of tools and service needs; proficiency in using laptop and mobile technology (Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various physical conditions (including extreme temperatures).
- Basic understanding of electronics, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical systems, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Must be able to spend approximately 30% of the day traveling to accounts in urban, rural, and expressway conditions.

Responsibilities
- Participate in training to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our chemical dispensing equipment as well as other equipment used in commercial food service or laundry operations.
- Develop your territory by jointly selling alongside our distributor representatives.
- Deliver exceptional service for customer retention and superior customer service.
