Our MedTech Field Service Technician experiences a unique opportunity to be on the front line of the maintenance and stocking of RepScrubs uniform management technologies. Matrixed teams are assigned to customer projects and accounts based on project scope and local organizational structures. Requirements

  • HS Diploma minimum is required, or higher degree is preferred.
  • Must have intermediate troubleshooting abilities in the software and electronics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer support.
  • Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status, required.
  • Position may/will require up to date immunizations.
  • Travel local and national is required to support customer needs.
  • Respond to and arrive at customer sites within the service ticket’s Service Level Agreement
  • Must have an active driver license and a personal vehicle to use for job related assignments
  • Candidates must have authorization to work in the US without the need for sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience e supporting automation equipment in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare, field service, diagnostic machine maintenance, customer service, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is beneficial for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform annual preventative maintenance visits for assigned machines.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance activities according to established training and operational procedures.
  • Install software and hardware updates as required to maintain system performance.
  • Clean and inspect machines to ensure proper functionality and appearance.
  • Perform complete inventory audits and reconcile machine inventory records.
  • Update inventory management systems to reflect accurate stock levels
  • Restock machines at designated customer locations.
  • Follow service schedules and route requirements provided by program management.
