Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Clean Criminal Record
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Installation and Servicing of Smart Security Systems, including wire runs for clean panel installs.
• Utilize knowledge of wireless devices, their benefits, and limitations to ensure customers receive appropriate devices.
• Adhere to Quality Standards for installation and servicing.
• Communicate professionally with customers and train them on system features.
• Answer customer questions with patience and professionalism.
• Manage personal equipment inventory, ordering necessary supplies for installations and servicing.
• Conduct weekly personal equipment inventory counts to track variances.
• Troubleshoot situations as they arise, consulting instruction manuals, technical support, and proper channels for assistance.
