Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Clean Criminal Record
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Installation and Servicing of Smart Security Systems, including wire runs for clean panel installs.
• Knowledge of wireless devices, their benefits, and limitations to ensure customers receive the appropriate devices.
• Adherence to Quality Standards for installation and servicing.
• Customer relations, including professional communication and training customers on system operation.
• Answering customer questions with patience and professionalism.
• Managing personal equipment inventory, including ordering necessary equipment and conducting weekly inventory counts.
