About The Position

Hands-on, field-based role (not a desk job) Travel to residential homes to install, troubleshoot, and repair automatic pool cover systems Help keep families safe while delivering excellent customer service No pool cover experience required — we provide training Full-time, year-round position with growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Willingness to work extended hours when needed
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Solid problem-solving skills and hands-on experience

Nice To Haves

  • 1–2+ years in a service technician, mechanical, or construction role
  • Experience repairing mechanical or electrical systems
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Pool cover experience (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Install and repair automatic pool cover systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections
  • Follow work orders and complete jobs accurately
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service
  • Recommend upgrades or repairs to improve safety and performance
  • Complete service documentation and record work performed
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and workspace
  • Assist with training newer team members when needed
