About The Position

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Field Service Technician for their Santa Ana team. This role involves traveling to restaurants and commercial kitchens to work with commercial dishwashing equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, deliver products, and assist customers in maintaining their operations. Paid training is provided, and prior experience with commercial dishwashers is not required. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and use hand tools
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations in a company vehicle
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial dishwashing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Work with basic hand tools
• Deliver and restock cleaning products and supplies
• Diagnose basic service issues
• Communicate directly with customers
• Load, unload, lift, and move products
• Manage daily service responsibilities independently
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
