About The Position

At Tellos, we believe working with children is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to make a lasting difference. We’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who have experience working with children and want to build a rewarding career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Paraprofessionals, teacher assistants, special education staff, childcare professionals, behavior aides, and others with experience supporting children are encouraged to apply. You don't need to be an RBT already; Tellos provides paid training and support to help qualified candidates become Registered Behavior Technicians. As an RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism to help them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. You’ll receive ongoing guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) while providing individualized ABA therapy in home and community settings.
