About The Position

This is a part-time Field Service Technician role based in Tampa, FL. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing amusement and gaming equipment in the field, completing service calls independently, and documenting work clearly. The role also involves local and occasional out-of-state equipment installations, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, maintaining organization of tools, parts, and the service vehicle, and representing the company professionally at customer locations.

Requirements

• Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, accountable, and professional
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable Transportation to use for Routes
• Comfortable using a multimeter (voltmeter) to test voltage, continuity, and diagnose electrical issues
• Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical problems in the field
• Ability to lift and move 100+ lbs using equipment (dolly, pallet jack, etc.)
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet throughout the day

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience
