About The Position

Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers is looking for an experienced Service Manager in our Tampa, FL branch to work in the surrounding areas. This position directly manages the Superintendents and Sales Reps for Service, Inspections, and Alarms for the Tampa branch. The Service Manager for Wayne Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Inc., is responsible for the daily operations of the service department. He/she ensures that the service of fire sprinkler systems is completed correctly, within budget and in a timely manner following all codes and WAFS standards. The Service Manager reports to the Branch Manager in branches and the Director of Operations in Ocoee.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of service experience required.
Proficient use of computers, including company computer software.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment and to manage and lead others in a positive manner.
Excellent and professional communication skills to WOW our customers

Nice To Haves

Field, Sales, and Design experience is preferred
Minimum Nicet Level II.

Responsibilities

Leading the overall performance and daily operations of the Service, Alarms, & Inspections Department.
Managing workforce planning, scheduling, resources, and departmental profitability.
Developing, coaching, and mentoring team members to drive growth and technical excellence.
Ensuring quality, safety, code compliance, and customer satisfaction through regular field engagement.
Building strong customer relationships and resolving service-related concerns.
Partnering with branch leadership on hiring, performance management, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
