About The Position

Field Service Technicians are in the field 40 hours per week, working in locations such as bars, restaurants, gas stations, and truck stops. Multiple service positions are available across all areas of Illinois. The role involves maintaining and repairing gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices. Technicians will also be responsible for loading and unloading supplies and assisting in other areas as needed. This position offers a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Great Customer Service
High school diploma or equivalent
Terminal Handler's License (costs covered by company)
Ability to communicate effectively & follow written or verbal instruction
Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical skills
Valid driver’s license
Minimum of 21 years of age
Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

Relevant experience preferred but not required – ATM, amusement, gaming or other electronic / mechanical aptitude (examples – HVAC, low voltage, cable, phone, internet, automotive)
Computer literacy helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Respond to and troubleshoot service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner.
Interact with clerks, restaurant staff, management, and customers to solve issues as they arise.
Provide exemplary customer service.
Manage inventory to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed.
Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs.
Perform auditing procedures on slot machines, amusement devices, dispensers, and ATMs.
Maintain and repair gaming devices, ATMs, amusement equipment, and redemption devices.
Load and unload supplies.
Assist in other areas as needed.
