Field Service Technician
About The Position
MasterTech is seeking an Industrial Electrician with Corrugated and/or Sheetfed specific experience on label and packaging production equipment based out of Massachusetts. This role requires extensive travel to customer locations. Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational. Detail-oriented Field Service Techs are responsible for the on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.
- Previous Corrugated experience in Prepress and/or PostPress machinery.
- Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring.
- Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication.
- Previous experience using oscilloscopes, drills, taps, etc.
- Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Soldering experience a plus.
