About The Position
ENV Services, Inc. has been a nationally respected leader in calibration, certification, and decontamination services. We are seeking a Field Service Technician to provide testing, maintenance, and repair of HEPA filtered devices, including Biological Safety Cabinets, Clean Benches, and Clean rooms.
Requirements
- Sound mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer contact skills.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check, customer drug testing, and safety training.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in various positions (bending, kneeling, sitting, standing).
- Willingness to drive for long trips and travel overnight.
- Ability to work from a six-foot ladder.
Nice To Haves
- Calibration or HVAC experience in the pharmaceutical and biomedical fields.
Responsibilities
- Using test equipment, learn to test, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment at customer locations.
- Provide required maintenance for clients in a safe manner.
- Communicate with other technicians to find solutions for service issues.
- Prepare paperwork at the completion of each job to record time, repairs completed, and parts installed.
- Represent the company in a professional manner with a neat appearance at all times.
