About The Position

Clarke is seeking experienced Diesel Technicians for a Field Service Technician role. This position offers a competitive salary, a $1500 hiring bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The role involves performing repairs and roadside assistance using a service truck, servicing and repairing various vehicle components including the drivetrain, steering, electrical systems, engine, suspension, and brakes. Technicians will also be responsible for troubleshooting, inspections, and working independently. A rotating on-call schedule (once every three weeks) is part of the role, and the ability to take the service truck home is negotiable.

Requirements

• 2+ years Diesel Repair experience is required
• Good computer and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to obtain DOT Med Card
• Valid State Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

• Prefer Diesel Program Technical School completion and minimum 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CDL is preferred

Responsibilities

• Repairs and roadside assistance out of Service Truck
• Service and repair work, drive train, steering, electrical, engine, suspension and brakes.
• Troubleshooting and inspections
• Must be able to work independently
• Rotating On Call Weekly schedule (Tech would be On call once every 3 weeks)
