Requirements

Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, including printers, copiers, and related office technology systems.
Experience with network configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and technical system integration.
Strong customer service and communication skills to support client interactions and build positive relationships.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to on-site challenges.
High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or an associate degree in a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a similar Field Service Technician role is highly desirable.
Driver’s License Required
