Field Service Technician – Vending Equipment

About The Position
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to perform complete service calls on assigned work orders, including emergency dispatches. This role involves the installation, removal, or replacement of vending machines, coolers, and fountain equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment is in good working order, accurately recording inventory of parts, and completing equipment tags for returned items.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- High School diploma / GED
- Solid work ethic
- Ability to lift 25+lbs repeatedly
- Live in the Paducah, KY area
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on small engines is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform a complete service call on all service work orders assigned during a given day.
- Complete all service work orders that are dispatched and deemed emergency by customer service.
- Install, remove, or replace vending machines, coolers, and fountain equipment as assigned by the vending service manager.
- Complete appropriate equipment tags identifying condition of equipment for any equipment being returned to the Marion Service department.
- Ensure that each piece of equipment is in good working order before closing the work order.
- Maintain and accurately record inventory of vending and dispensing parts issued.
