What You’ll Do• Perform troubleshooting and repair of electro‑mechanical systems used in manufacturing, automation, and industrial operations across the Midwest.• Read and apply schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals during service calls.• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters to verify repairs and system performance.• Travel for overnight assignments while supporting customers throughout Ohio and surrounding states.• Maintain clear communication, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety procedures.

Requirements

• Hands‑on troubleshooting experience from military, technical, or industrial environments (aircraft, vehicles, robotics, conveyors, or heavy equipment).
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and operate diagnostic instruments.
• Comfort with frequent travel and customer‑facing work.
• Strong communication and professionalism in the field.
