Field Service Technician- West

Action Target IncProvo, UT

About The Position

Action Target builds firearms training facilities for law enforcement, military, and commercial range customers around the world. We are committed to keeping their facilities operating at peak performance and providing an exceptional customer experience whenever they need our help. As a Field Service Technician, you will travel throughout the country to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Action Target equipment and range systems. You will work directly with law enforcement, military, and commercial range customers and will often be the face of Action Target while on site. This is a hands-on, highly independent position. You will encounter a wide variety of equipment and problems, so you need to be able to assess unfamiliar issues, determine what needs to be done, and complete the work safely and efficiently with limited supervision. Extensive travel is a core part of the position. You should expect to leave home Monday and typically return Friday, with occasional assignments extending into Saturday. Travel will be by company van or airplane, and you may work at multiple customer facilities during the same week.
