Field Service Technician

About The Position
Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational. Detail-oriented Field Service Techs are responsible for the on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation.
Requirements
- Experience with electrical systems; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring
- Knowledge of SPS Programming, automation technology and drive technologies
- Excellent customer service skills and communication
- Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation
Nice To Haves
- Previous printing, corrugated, prepress, postpress, flexo presses, folding and other printing/boxing equipment is extremely beneficial
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred
Responsibilities
- On-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems
- Ensuring machinery is properly installed and operational
- On-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery
- Reporting issues and completing documentation
- Conduct installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, repairs and provide recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date training
- Providing remote support
