About The Position

The Service Specialist is responsible for delivering superior service to assigned accounts in alignment with company goals, standards, and customer requirements. This role supports customers through routine service visits, equipment maintenance, product management, and ongoing training to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • Ability to travel within the local market area using a personal or company issued vehicle; valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Monthly quality service of accounts to include system maintenance, account organization, product inventory, product ordering, service reports, and customer interaction
  • Systems installations and maintenance at customer locations
  • Respond to and resolve all equipment issues for assigned customers
  • Provide customer training on products, equipment usage and safety issues
  • Document results via weekly service logs, daily contact with Account Manager
  • Handle training administration details (set-up, scheduling, confirmation, record-keeping, service records, etc.) to meet company requirements
  • Stay informed regarding basic product knowledge, service options, etc.
  • Special projects, as assigned
