Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Clean driving record and valid license
Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge (a plus, not required)
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, maintenance, or similar trades (bonus!)

Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair Residential and Commercial Culligan water systems (softeners, filters, ROs, and more)
Work directly with customers, explaining what you’re doing and building trust
Support teammates with deliveries, installs, and maintenance
Take pride in your work — keeping vehicles, tools, and job sites clean
Troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn new technical skills every day
