About The Position

This will be a 1 day project on 8/27. The role is for a Self Checkout Register Install technician who will install new self-checkout registers, including demag pads and holders, and ADA monitor mounts and arms, according to Kohl’s provided documentation. The technician will ensure all cables are securely connected and functional, maintain cable hygiene by concealing routing, removing excess slack, eliminating trip hazards, and using approved cable management materials. The role also involves conducting testing and verification of installed devices, performing successful test transactions with the Manager on Duty (“MOD”), and completing Kohl’s Self Checkout Verification Form for each register. Finally, the technician will capture required documentation and upload it to a Kohl’s designated repository.

Responsibilities

Install new self-checkout registers, demag pads and holders, ADA monitor mount and arm according to Kohl’s provided documentation.
Ensure all cables are securely connected and functional.
Maintain cable hygiene: conceal routing, removal of excess slack, elimination of trip hazards and use of approved cable management materials.
Conduct testing and verification of installed devices.
Perform successful test transactions with the Manager on Duty (“MOD”).
Complete Kohl’s Self Checkout Verification Form for each register.
Capture required documentation and upload to a Kohl’s designated repository.
