About The Position
MasterTech is seeking experienced Industrial Technicians with expertise in Sheetfed, Komori, or Heidelberg equipment, specifically on label and printing production machinery. This role is primarily based out of Cincinnati, OH, but requires extensive travel to customer locations. Other locations such as Nashville, Louisville, Columbus, and Cleveland will also be considered.
Requirements
- Experience with electrical systems (AC & DC, three-phase wiring).
- Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication.
- Previous experience using oscilloscopes, drills, taps, etc.
- Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance.
- Previous Printing or Related packaging experience in PrePress and/or PostPress machinery.
Responsibilities
- On-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems.
- Ensuring machinery is properly installed and operational.
- On-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery.
- Reporting issues and completing documentation.
