About The Position
We fix commercial coffee equipment for cafes, hotels, and hospitality businesses across the South-Central and Pacific Northwest United States. The work is technical, independent, and genuinely interesting. No two calls are the same.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with home repairs, electrical work, plumbing fixtures, or similar projects
- Comfort with a multimeter
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Reliable smartphone
- Secure address for parts deliveries via FedEx and UPS

Responsibilities
- Taking voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings with a multimeter
- Reading electrical and hydraulic diagrams to track a fault to its source
- Identifying outlet types and plumbing thread sizes, building adapters when needed
- Carefully disassembling and reassembling components with attention to detail
- Using parts diagrams and machine documentation to find the right part numbers
- Writing clear, professional service notes — full sentences, correct spelling, no shortcuts
- Logging time and managing tickets through ServiceTitan, our digital dispatch platform
- Explaining repair findings to customers in plain, accessible language
- Tasting coffee after a repair to confirm the machine is performing correctly
- Assisting with parts receiving and inventory counts
- Handling a flat tire or dropping the vehicle off for scheduled maintenance
