We’re hiring a Field Service Technician to join our Service team in St. Louis. You’ll manage technical support across a geographical area, perform preventative and pro-active service, and be the first line of support ensuring our customers get the level of service they expect from SumnerOne. This role combines technical troubleshooting, customer relationship building, and equipment expertise. You’ll work independently in the field, travel up to 100 miles per day, and stay connected with dispatch and your team throughout each day.
