Field Service Technician
About The Position
Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Field Service Technician. We need an enthusiastic individual who can determine customer service issues and then provide a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will quickly have a strong command of Lindsay Windows products, and be well-trained in the service and maintenance solutions that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. This position is on site at customer locations to service and/or maintain windows and patio doors made by our company.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt to different work environments, job sites and homeowner locations
- Previous experience in the building trades or installing windows
- Ability to work on ladders
- Daily travel
- Strong sense of urgency
Responsibilities
