About The Position

MasterTech is seeking experienced Industrial Technicians familiar with the repair of Corrugated systems. This role requires extensive travel to customer locations, often near an International Airport. Field Service Technicians will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring machinery is properly installed and operational. Detail-oriented technicians will also handle on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery, along with reporting issues and completing documentation.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous printing, corrugated, prepress, postpress, flexo presses, folding and other printing/boxing equipment is extremely beneficial.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.
• Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring.
• Knowledge of SPS Programming, automation technology and drive technologies.

Responsibilities

• On-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems.

• Reporting issues and completing documentation.
• Conducting installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, and repairs.
• Providing recommendations.
• Maintaining up-to-date training.
• Providing remote support.
