About The Position

Industrial Air Centers (IAC) is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic Field Service Technician to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN territory. Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing and installing Air Compressors and Compressed Air Dryers while also gaining knowledge and experience with industrial air compressors and other compressed air equipment. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Pre-employment and annual DOT drug screening and physical is required, as we are a Drug Free Workplace. We also offer safety boot reimbursement, an on-call bonus, and a quarterly bonus based on the company’s success overall (must complete 1 full quarter with the company to be eligible for quarterly bonus).

Requirements

Previous field service experience is desired
Previous experience working with commercial or industrial air compressors and dryers is strongly preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical background
HVAC service technician experience is a plus
Strong troubleshooting skills
Candidate must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Pre-employment and annual DOT drug screening and physical is required, as we are a Drug Free Workplace
