Field Service Technician - Toronto, Ontario

The Field Service Technician role is responsible for maintaining and supporting customer equipment, including installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of Videojet devices at customer sites. This role requires building strong customer relationships and providing expert guidance. The position is located in Toronto, Ontario, and is a remote role.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles.
- Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Experience in repairing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing various types of equipment.
- Basic computer/technical skills (can use email, software, phone apps, Microsoft Word).
- Must be able to obtain authorization to travel to the United States for training.

- Electronic and electrical skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing care and support for customer equipment.
- Install Videojet products and solutions at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve challenges and problems with equipment.
- Become a trusted advisor and partner for customers to develop excellent relationships.
- Extend the Videojet footprint in the market by promoting service agreements and newer technology.
- Travel within a 2-hour radius from Toronto, Ontario.
- Travel for training purposes, which may require more frequent travel than usual, with sufficient notice.
