As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers by delivering expert installation, maintenance, and repair services for compressed air systems. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and technical expertise to help clients maintain peak performance in their operations.

Requirements

2+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience in industrial systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams
Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and mobile apps for work tasks
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Willingness and ability to travel for field service assignments

Nice To Haves

Experience performing field service work at customer sites, including installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment
Hands-on experience servicing, maintaining, installing, or troubleshooting industrial compressed air systems
Background in a customer-facing service role supporting industrial or manufacturing clients

Responsibilities

Install new compressed air systems at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality
Service and maintain existing compressed air systems to maximize uptime and reliability
Diagnose and repair system issues quickly and accurately to minimize unscheduled downtime
Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Clean and maintain customer equipment to ensure optimal performance
Utilize technology (smartphones, tablets, mobile apps) for documentation, communication, and workflow management
Adapt to new mechanical systems and learn continuously to stay current with industry advancements
