Field Service Technician

About The Position
You’ll be a key part of a technical service team that installs and services Better Engineering's automated industrial machinery. As a Service Technician, you would travel to customer locations in the USA and internationally to install new equipment, perform on-site training, repairs, and maintenance on Better Engineering washers. This position comes with an expectation to travel 70% of the time with all travel expenses paid. If not traveling you will be assisting in the testing and production departments as needed.
Requirements
- Live within a 45 minute commute of Joppa, MD
- Willing to travel up to 70%
- On-the-job experience in mechanical assembly and fabrication
- On-the-job experience in welding
- Hands-on experience in industrial wiring
- Hands-on experience in industrial plumbing
Responsibilities
