Field Service Technician

As one of the nation’s largest single-source providers of lighting and electrical products, electrical services, electrical construction, and energy management solutions Facility Solutions Group is expanding its staff and seeking Field Service Technicians to join our Dallas team.
Requirements
- Have a current State Issued Journeyman Electrician’s License
- Possess a valid driver’s license and able to pass MVR to drive a company vehicle
- Have ability to pass DOT, drug screen, and background check
- Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Positive customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in lighting a plus!
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units while in the field
- Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses
- Provide on-call emergency service as required and maintain communication with the department manager while in the field
- Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations, and provide general customer service on the phone and in person
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager
