About The Position

IGT is seeking a Field Service Technician to support gaming and loyalty equipment across multiple customer sites in central and south-central Oklahoma. This is a field-based role where you’ll primarily work out of Riverwind Casino while also traveling within your assigned territory to support additional locations as needed. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical expert and customer partner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred
  • 1+ years of technician or field service experience in a customer-facing role
  • Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working onsite, using tools, and being on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment, ensuring optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, including root cause analysis
  • Perform preventative maintenance and assist with installations and site surveys
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for service-related issues, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service reporting in a timely manner
  • Support team members and assist at other locations as needed
  • Travel within the assigned service area and occasionally beyond as business needs require
