About The Position

Med Water Systems is a specialized medical systems manufacturer providing ultra-pure water purification solutions to medical laboratories and healthcare facilities. Our systems support critical laboratory and sterile processing operations and help healthcare organizations maintain reliable water systems. We are looking for Field Service Technicians to join our growing team in Woods Cross, Utah! This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where professionalism, accountability, and clear communication are just as important as technical ability. Ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, solving problems in the field, and being trusted to represent your company well.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Minimum one (1) year of equipment repair/maintenance experience in one or more of the following: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive or diesel repair, equipment service or installation, construction or mechanical trades.
Minimum one (1) year of experience working with customers in a service or client-facing role, working independently in the field or at customer sites, explaining technical issues to customers required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
Technical skill and professional presence.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
Ability to stay organized and reliable while traveling.
Comfortable working in hospitals, labs, and technical environments.
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and acceptable automobile coverage.
