Requirements
- Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics.
- Clear and concise, written or verbal, communication abilities, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pay close attention to the specifics.
- Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in diesel mechanics preferred
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair equipment accurately and promptly in the field or on the customer’s site.
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently and independently.
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and in a timely manner with customers and management during the repair process.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Take advantage of company and manufacturer-sponsored training to adapt to changes in technology and learn new skills.
- Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
