About The Position

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support casino gaming and financial technology equipment across multiple properties in the Seneca Falls and surrounding lakeside region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving in the field, and delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced casino environment. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs on kiosks, ATMs, and slot machines while ensuring a high level of uptime and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of technician or field service experience
  • Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license
  • Comfortable with frequent travel
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with equipment using proper tools and safety procedures
  • Comfortable working in casino environments

Nice To Haves

  • Technical or vocational training preferred
  • Gaming, ATM, kiosk, or related equipment experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on gaming machines, kiosks, ATMs, and related systems
  • Provide technical support on operational and maintenance issues across gaming and fintech equipment
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for technical service issues and customer support
  • Assist with installations, site surveys, and system upgrades
  • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and network-related issues using established procedures
  • Maintain accurate inventory of parts and complete all service documentation in a timely manner
  • Travel between casino properties to support service needs and ensure customer satisfaction
