About The Position

Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for reliable, year-round work. This role involves local overnight field service operating tanker and vacuum trucks at commercial and industrial sites. It is hands-on, physical, essential, and recession-resistant work with solid pay and overtime opportunities. Drivers will operate CDL-A tanker/vacuum trucks safely and efficiently, perform overnight service work, use industrial equipment, and complete necessary documentation. The work environment includes outdoor and industrial settings, and drivers will represent LES professionally. The schedule requires a 4 am daily start, with overnight/night shift availability preferred. Routes are local, meaning no long-haul or hotels, and overtime, weekends, and longer shifts are available. This is year-round work with no seasonal layoffs.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license (Tanker endorsement required)
• 1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience
• Manual transmission driving (unrestricted license)
• Ability to perform physical work: lifting, pulling, climbing, bending
• Comfort working in dirty, greasy, industrial settings
• Strong safety mindset and acceptable driving record
• Dependable, self-directed, and accountable

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tanker/vacuum trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform overnight service work at customer facilities
• Use industrial equipment such as hoses, pumps, and tanks
• Complete DVIRs, safety checks, and service documentation
• Work outdoors or industrial environments
• Represent LES professionally with customers and teammates
