Requirements
- Mechanical/electrical technical background (diesel, gas, HVAC, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working independently and on the road.
- Experience dealing with customers and a strong focus on customer service
- Good communication skills, along with regular use of cell phones and laptops
- Valid driver's license and ability to haul trailers if needed
- Experienced working in a fast-paced, customer focused and safety-first oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer sites and shops.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment rent-ready.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Train customers on safe and proper use of equipment.
- Travel up to 50% across North America-no two days are the same!
