About The Position

MasterTech is seeking experienced Industrial Technicians familiar with the repair of Corrugated systems. This role requires extensive travel to customer locations, often based near an International Airport. Field Service Technicians will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring machinery is properly installed and operational. The role also involves on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery, along with reporting issues and completing documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.
• Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring.
• Knowledge of SPS Programming, automation technology and drive technologies.
• Ability to conduct installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, repairs and provide recommendations.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication.
• Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous printing, corrugated, prepress, postpress, flexo presses, folding and other printing/boxing equipment is extremely beneficial.

Responsibilities
