About The Position

Field Services Technician | Temp to Hire position $22–$25/hr. | On-Site Chester Springs, PA Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with hands-on work? We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to provide commercial kitchen cleaning services throughout Southeast Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in trades, construction, maintenance, or other hands-on technician roles. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required
Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
Able to kneel, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in hands-on environments
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
Available to work Sunday–Thursday, including overnight or early morning shifts as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience in trades, construction, maintenance, equipment operation, or a technician role is a plus
Previous commercial kitchen exhaust or hood cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, and fans
Travel to client locations within approximately a 25–50 mile radius of Exton
Prepare and maintain professional job sites
Operate pressure washers and specialized cleaning equipment
Remove grease, buildup, and other debris from commercial kitchen exhaust systems
Follow established safety procedures and cleaning standards
Work safely in confined spaces and at heights using ladders, lifts, and harnesses
Take before-and-after photos and complete job documentation and reports
Work independently and as part of a team
Assist with crew coordination and team operations as you gain experience
