The Field Service Technician will provide troubleshooting and support in hardware, software and application questions to customers at site, as well as over the phone in remote sessions. This role requires extensive travel throughout the USA, Monday through Friday, with occasional international travel and weekend/holiday work. The technician will perform installations and training, conduct complex and basic on-site customer support, including installation, service, repair, hardware integration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and training on products. Responsibilities also include checking operational quality, isolating and correcting start-up malfunctions, answering technical questions, working with internal support teams for corrective actions and design change recommendations, attending training, and preparing expense and service reports.
